From 1/10 - 1/31, you can stay in the liveliest part of Berlin, between Gräfekiez, Landwehr-Kanal, and Weserkiez. The density of restaurants, coffee-shops, bars, vintage-shops, and indie movie theaters is unmatched in Berlin :)

The apartment combines the aesthetic appeal of an Altbau with the comfort of a newly renovated flat: high ceilings, large rooms plus triple-insulated windows, a spacious bathroom with a shower and a large tub, good heating, and a modern kitchen with an induction stove and a dishwasher. There is a large living room, a cozy bedroom with a big library, and a bright office for WFH.

There are several subway-connections around, the closest (U8) is a three-minute walk away. Please bear in mind that it's a four-story walkup without elevator.

We are Sarah and Laura, an astrophysicist and a literary agent, a Moroccan-German couple, living in Berlin since 2020. We moved into the apartment on Kottbusser Damm in the fall of 2022 and have loved living there every single day. It's our quiet and beautiful retreat from an otherwise busy European metropolis.
