It is truly amazing - furnished by incredible interior designer landlords (who are also saints), high ceilings, natural light, loads of character, two floors, 3 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, large lounge, skylights, lovely neighbors, tree lined street, in-unit washer/dryer, AC.

The double room has a large closet and with this rental, an adjacent spacious office is included for the WFH folks. Huge bonus. You'd also have your own bathroom.

Bills on top, usually no more than $200/month depending on the time of year. Two short flights of stairs off street level. Liquor store and bodega across the street, grocery 1 block away. Crossroad of Lewis and Lafayette. Myrtle Broadway/Kosciuszko nearest station.

Looking for someone calm and respectful to move in. I cherish downtime and need to keep this space precious. I love cooking and having a chat with some wine but also need tranquility as I work long hours in hospitality. Clean and tidy is a must.
