The Space: This freshly-renovated apartment in a two-family building is 830 sq. ft., split into two sections that are separated by an alcove. The unit consists of two spacious rooms and two smaller rooms. A large room opens to a smaller room on the front side, and another small room and a large room makes the other section. It is more than enough for a couple, and very comfortable for two friends to share. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances that includes a dishwasher. The Neighborhood: Located in Flatbush, and bordering Prospect Lefferts Garden, the house is a mere ten-minute walk to the Parkside entrance of Prospect Park. Some of the best Caribbean restaurants in NYC are a few blocks away and a Food Bazaar Supermarket is located just a block away.

Commute: An easy commute by subway to Manhattan (30 min), Downtown Brooklyn (15 min) and Williamsburg (40 min), and less than 5minute walk to Kings Theater.

Transportation: The Church Avenue stop on the B, D, 2 & 5 lines are less than ten minute away. Multiple bus lines are also within a couple of blocks.
