The neighborhood is lovely and quiet with easy access to manhattan or Brooklyn plus great local cafes like Topos Bookstore or Windjammer.

My name is Tyler, I’m a camera operator for film and tv and have fly out of town for work. If I get a sublet I might try to squeeze in a trip for Berlin.

Clean, friendly and quiet is preferred. I have a lovely older neighbor so please respect her space but feel free to have friends visit.
The dates are somewhat flexible so can either extend or shorten your stay if you need too.
Would require a phone call or FaceTime just to make sure your normal.
