I have lived in this apartment for like 15 years. It’s a great building. In Manhattan just across street from the A-Train subway.
I am a professional Opera singer and travel a good amount.
If I’m not singing a job, I am probably out spending time with my 80-year-old father.

The price can be amended if you want to stay the entire month or just a week, etc. I’m very easy and flexible. I am a performer and Opera senior and travel a good amount. When I travel, I simply want to break even on the apartment.
