About This Lister

It's a family apartment. Members of our family have contributed furniture/artwork and stayed in the apartment when in town for over 45 years. The comedic director Mel Brooks had it before us. The family's always been leaseholders but with a special provision, permitting paying houseguests.

Do not miss this opportunity, if you can possibly afford it, to be inspired by a singular, special piece of classic New York in a location that is possibly the best mixture of all that the City offers, even in this dark period. Since our dad first rented this apartment over 50 years ago, the family has kept the space and always hung out here when in town.
