I built this home a year and a half ago - it's a beautiful one bedroom/2 bath in Austin, my home town. I am in the film/tv industry and need to go back to LA this spring/summer for work. My house is fully furnished. I am looking for a responsible single or couple who will take over my space while I am away. Downstairs is a open kitchen/dining/living room area with a small bathroom and utility room. The kitchen is fully equipped - I love cooking. Outside I have a large patio for entertaining, a plunge pool, hot tub and infrared sauna. Upstairs is primary bedroom with a king sized bed that opens up to a sweet little patio with beautiful morning light. Bathroom has standalone bathtub and shower. This is my dream home - I am excited to share it with someone who will love being here and treat it with love and care. Well behaved dogs are welcomed! Rent price includes utilities, once a week housekeeping services and twice a month landscaping services. Location is amazing - 8 minutes from Downtown, 3 minutes from South Congress, 5 minutes from South Lamar.

I am a single woman (she/her) who moved back to Austin from LA to be closer to family. I am artist working in the film/tv industry. I work a lot and work from home so I keep my place very clean and tidy. Environment and space is very important to me. I have an old dog who loves living here and lounging outside by the pool. We have neighbors all around us but everyone keeps to themselves. I love the neighborhood - we live a few blocks from a school and the playground turns into an informal dog park after hours and on the weekends.
