Sub-letting my place anytime from the 15th of June to the 13h of July. Price is what I pay monthly but it will be pro-rated to the time you stay.

The house features a bright and open living space with stylish décor, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of natural light. The front yard is beautifully landscaped with grass, while the gated backyard includes a pergola and a BBQ grill—perfect for enjoying the California sunshine.
One of the bedrooms serves as my home office, and you'll have access to a double monitor setup and a standing desk for remote work. I also have a double inflatable mattress so the house fits up to 4 people.
I’m happy to negotiate borrowing my car as well if you need.

Rental requirements
Be clean, tidy and water my plants once a week. I pay 130$ for a cleaner every two weeks so I would ask you to pay that fee once but if you want her to come during your stay I can ask her to come for that price.
Pets Policy
Pets are welcome as long as they are good with furniture and they don’t make holes in the garden.
