It is partly furnished with plenty of room for more furniture. The apt will be shared with female artist over 40. Prefer female roommate late 30's- 60's.
There is a large, shared living room, separate kitchen and laundry in the building. The apt is on the second floor. The super lives in the building and there are wonderful neighbors.
We split utilities and internet.
Unbeatable location , down the block from from the 2/3, 4/5 trains, and Franklin Ave Shuttle. One block from the Brooklyn Museum, Botanic Gardens. Walking distance to Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza Farmers Market, Central Library, Park Slope and lots of restaurants, galleries and shops.

About me:
I'm an artist/ art teacher and work 3 days a week outside and 2 days at home. Respectful, mature, quiet, but friendly. I enjoy going to the Botanic Gardens, the Brooklyn Museum, BAM and Prospect Park.. During the week, I cook or take out dinner and watch tv in the living room. I like to share meals sometimes.
On weekends i spend a lot of time out, but have people over once in a while.
