An easy 5 minute walk to the AC trains. 1 mile from Brower Park, 1.5 miles from the BK Museum & Prospect Park.

$1800 per month including utilities. $900 for the second month if only staying for 1.5 months. Flex move in/out dates but ideally 1.5 month stay.
