Hello, I have a one BR apartment for sublet while i am away in Europe visiting friends and family and I would love to find either a single individual or a couple that could care for my place as if it was yours. It's a charming apt. full of windows in a very quiet street, fully air conditioned, fireplace, bathroom and kitchen fully renovated, with a perfect size dishwasher + in unit washer/dryer. The general feel of the apt. is very peaceful and would like to find the right fit for it.
