This 1400-square-foot live/work NYC loft offers a creative workspace in the heart of Chinatown/Little Italy.

With 12-foot ceilings, east-facing light, this space is perfect for artists and creatives seeking inspiration with the ability to live comfortably in their studio.

The open-concept layout provides ample room for both work and living. The space has in-unit laundry and air conditioning.

The building is a 4-unit building(4 floors), with each unit having the full floor. This unit in particular, is located on the second floor and is equipped with two separate entrances.

With only 3 other tenants in the building, we keep a very mellow/respectful understanding of neighborhood etiquette and want to make sure that tenants are fully aware of that before coming here.

The space is fully furnished and includes additional amenities like storage, supply carts, an easel, and a locker. A floating wall separates the bedroom with a queen-sized bed located on the opposite side of the space.

As of now, I am searching for a tenant to come into the space for a few months, but there could be the opportunity to extend for the remainder of the year.
