Welcome to my live/work photo studio on the border of Prospect and Crown Heights.

I am a photographer who splits my time between NYC and Montego Bay, Jamaica and am headed back to JA for about 3-4 months.

I have cultivated this space over the last 6 years to be the ultimate photographer's playground. I just installed a 9ft seamless backdrop where you can have several colors to use at any given time.

Do you want to create in my photo studio? Or you can also live/work in the space as yes, that is a queen size bed!

I will be away this time for about 3 months (mid Dec-mid March) .

What's most important is finding someone who is a right fit and will appreciate the space.

Crown Studios is a legal commercial and residential floor for creatives located on the border of Prospect and Crown Heights.

This space is perfect for visual artists, writers, photographers or work-from-home individuals who want the ultimate Brooklyn loft living vibe.

- $2500 a month, will be prorated depending on the time of stay (utilities + wifi included).
- 525 sf (25' x 21')
- 12 ft ceilings, (2) 6 x 6.5' ft window.
- AC/Heat
- Laundry on floor
- 10 min walk from Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park.
- Near Trains A/C/B/Q/2/3/4/5 (10 min walk)
- pets OK, on a per pet basis.
- No couples
-CITI bike right downstairs
- Move in: Security deposit (TBD) + references required

There are 2 full kitchens for the floor and multiple bathrooms (I do not have a private bathroom, it is down the hall). There is an additional 300 sf of common space; library/lounge, courtyard-roof space.

Hi, I'm Nomi :) I am a boudoir photographer and this has been live/work studio for over six years.

The space has great vibes, especially if you love a good daylight studio situation. I have found some awesome people to sublet while I'm in Jamaica, and am looking forward to connecting with some new folks!
