The space is mostly unfurnished, albeit for some basic kitchen supplies, shelving, and a wall-mounted televisions. Looking for a respectful tenant (or tenants) to take care of my space while I am living elsewhere and to respect the small community of this 10-unit co-op building.

I am a 15 year resident of Fort Greene, who works in food and hospitality and owns a restaurant in the neighborhood. I've loved being a part of this neighborhood for so long and am hoping to find a respectful tenant to take care of my original home in the neighborhood.
