My professionally designed and furnished apartment is in a beautiful and convenient area, within walking distance to multiple grocery stores, great restaurants, the 1/2/3 subway, museums, Riverside and Central parks. It is on the ground floor and has a gorgeous private backyard where you can eat lunch or lounge while reading a book. The pullout has a queen sized mattress and the apartment is great for artists and professionals - either a single person or a couple. There is laundry in the building and the neighborhood is friendly. High speed internet and heat are included. There is no doorman.

I have performed on an off Broadway, toured the country with some amazing shows and performed for over 20 years in Canada and all across the US. I normally live in NYC with my 10 year old son but I do travel to Canada often for work and to see friends and family. I also run a theater company in Toronto, Canada.
