-You will have access to laundry room down the hall from the apartment. I will provide laundry card that you can use.

-Windows have blinds that can let in natural light into the living room and bedroom
-access to Peloton + bike (includes strength, HIIT, yoga, etc. classes)

-Living room with a comfy Teddy sofa that can transform into a bed
-There's also a day bed in the living room to hangout at
- A dining table for four
- Bedroom has a queen size bed with very comfortable matress
- There's a portable projector than can be used in the living room and bedroom. It's very easy to use. You can access my netflix and hulu account. If you have other streaming services, you can log in as well.
- There are plenty of books to read
**The space is very cozy. I take great care of it and I am looking for someone with a communal sense to do the same while I am away 😊**

- walkable to nearby grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, parks and commercial areas on Roosevelt Ave and Northern Blvd.
- Queens is known for it's ethnic diversity and delicious food!
- Great location - between Jackson Heights and Astoria and also close to Long Island City
- Very easy transport into Manhattan via the 7, R, M, F train only a couple of blocks away
- CitiBike stations nearby as well
