I'm subletting my very special top floor 2-room apartment right opposite from Bürgerpark for 11 Jan – 27 Feb (or some portion thereof).

It's quiet, sublime, light-filled, has 7 meter cathedral-style ceilings and an inner courtyard-facing balcony. It is conveniently located on the M1 tram, 250, 155 and 255 bus lines and minutes from S+U Pankow and S Wollankstrasse. It's within walking distance of several shops, restaurants and bars, including two organic markets and within biking distance of Wedding, Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte. And all of Berlin is accessible via public transport.

I'm looking for a quiet, caring tenant. It's about fit, trust, providing a great place for your temporary stay, and returning my home to me exactly as I left it. I maintain it super clean so, if that's part of your thing too, then we get each other.
