This is a listing for a furnished one bedroom in the heart of Bushwick for the month of December and some of January. The dates are flexible. The room is furnished with a queen bed and nightstand. Plenty of closet space. Fully stocked kitchen.

The apartment building is newly renovated but a hundred years old which makes the space quiet but spacious. The apartment features 8 foot tall windows with a lot of natural light in the afternoon with the ceilings over 12 feet tall.

Located just around the corner from the intersection of Myrtle avenue and Bushwick avenue. This area features a lot of bars, cafes, restaurants, clubs, 24 hour supermarkets. A park is a 10 minute walk away.

We have many plants so the space is unfortunately not suitable for pets no matter how sweet. This is also a non-smoking home but there is roof access with great views that’s accessible 24 hours. Amenities also include bike storage, laundry in the building, gym in the building and a common area with a large TV.

Looking for someone who is mature, clean, tidy and respectful. Unfortunately we are not well suited for party people or people who host lots of gatherings. Guests are welcome within reason. I have lived here for 10 years and have made this beautiful space an oasis for you to enjoy.
