This 4th floor walk-up is on a beautiful brownstone lined street this spacious one bedroom is in a thriving NYC neighborhood and two blocks from the glorious Prospect Park. One block to the Q/B train and close to the 2/5. The Brooklyn Botanical Garden is within walking distance as is the Brooklyn Museum and other attractions.The area is filled with incredible dining, bars, and nature. Laundry is on the same block and easy to access.

My apartment has south facing bay windows that allow for sun and heat to enter the space all day long resulting in a relaxing, peaceful space. It is fully hardwood floors with a crisp clean feel. The apartment faces the back yard so it is very quiet and the view is of beautiful trees. The living room is plant filled, has a desk, a TV, comfy sofa and reading chair. The kitchen has a fridge, oven/stove, toaster and all the pots and pans you need as well as a lovely breakfast bar with stools. The bedroom has a high quality queen sized bed, dresser, and night stand. There are two sky lights in the apartment which add even more natural light.

Dates and price is flexible. Really looking for someone clean who will respect this sanctuary and enjoy it. Great for folks visiting in the city of the holidays and a great price. I don't have pets, pests or smoke in the space.
