The entire apartment is three floors (basement, garden level, and first floor) of a preserved brownstone in the historic district of Bed Stuy/Stuyvesant Heights. Tree-lined block with lovely neighbors. The apartment features a backyard, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, and 1.5 baths.

There are two bedrooms upstairs, one on the ground level (where the shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and yard access are), and one in the basement (where shared laundry is).

7 min walk to the Utica A/C and 15 min walk to the Gates J, with plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars in walking distance.
