- A 15- min walk to Prospect Heights, just minutes from the bustle of Eastern Parkway, the Brooklyn Museum and Crown Heights.
- It's well-located to transportation: six minute walk to the 2,5 train + B44 Express Bus service and just a short distance from the 3,4 and B,Q trains.
- There are tons of plants, fast internet, a TV, dishwasher, w/d (in the building) and A/C.
- First floor apartment with a well-stocked, renovated kitchen, dining room and designer furnished living room.
- Great WFH space with large Apple Monitor you can easily connect.
My space is large and beautifully curated with objects from my travels. I love sharing my home with other creatives and folks looking to discover Brooklyn.
About This Lister
I'm a filmmaker living and working in New York. Originally from Canada, I travel frequently and am always looking for my best shot. I'm the owner of this home and will make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Rental requirements
Looking to rent to a non-smoking single person or a couple, absolutely no pets allowed (sorry, can't approve with my building).
My preference is for rentals that are for the entirety of the listed period (Nov. 4-18th OR Dec. 14th-Jan. 3rd) I will ask for a $1000 refundable deposit and payment for the full amount for your stay. Please send a short intro about yourself, about your trip to New York and any other pertinent information.
Utilities and cleaning fee are included in the price.
