- Great WFH space with large Apple Monitor you can easily connect.
My space is large and beautifully curated with objects from my travels. I love sharing my home with other creatives and folks looking to discover Brooklyn.

Rental requirements
Looking to rent to a single person or a couple, absolutely no pets allowed (sorry, can't approve with my building). No smoking.
The monthly rent amount is 3500. The total amount for the full period is 4177.42. My preference is for rentals that are for the entirety of the listed period (May 26-June 30) I will ask for a $1000 refundable deposit and payment for the full amount for your stay. Please send a short intro about yourself, about your trip to New York and any other pertinent information.
Utilities and cleaning fee are included in the price.
