Hi there! Subletting our spacious, natural light drenched loft apartment :)

We are two Canadian artists heading back to Canada for the summer and looking for the right fit for our Brooklyn loft :)

The space is a 3 minute walk from the L train, close to awesome bars and restaurants like Roberta's, Syndicated, Sey Coffee.

Multiple grocery stores all within 5 minute walk. Our corner of the neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Plenty of parking nearby and neighbours are great!

About the apartment:

14 ft ceilings with huge north facing windows and a view of the skyline. We love it :)

Bedroom + closet are in loft with 6ft ceilings.

Spacious, cozy and well cared for :)

4th floor walk up, laundry mat at the end of the block (1 min walk). Rooftop access with view of the city and dreamy sunsets.

We have plants! That we love! Looking for someone who is willing to care for our plants and water once a week.

Electrical/wifi/gas included in cost. End date is slightly flexible.
