Hi!

I’m looking to swap my apartment in Brooklyn for an apartment in Paris. My dates are flexible but I’d like to come for about a month, eg Feb 1 to March 1. The apartment is on the 4th/top floor, shoe free inside, with all the amenities you need for comfort and ease.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies— 1 on the front and 1 on the back side of the apartment, dishwasher, washer/dryer in a brand new building.

The neighborhood is great, quiet, about a 7 min walk to the 2 and 5 trains or 20 min to the Brooklyn train station hub at Atlantic Ave Barclays Center. So you can easily and quickly reach anywhere in the city.

No pets or smoking.
