We (family of 4) are relocating to New York and look for lovely tenants for our home.

The building was completed in 1910 and features an original elevator that is accessible without any steps which is a rarity. We transformed the entire space in 2020 and 2021 to preserve the original details while adding modern comfort such as new wiring and plumbing, an additional large bathroom with double sinks and shower, washer/dryer closet, live-in kitchen, smart home features etc.

We have set up the apartment to have a large kitchen with attached formal dining and living space, a second living / TV / library room, a large primary bedroom (400 sf) and a smaller kids bedroom. The entire apartment is 2000 sf but we would lock the guest room in the very back with our personal belongings.

The apartment is fully furnished with high-quality furniture (Vitra, Louis Poulsen, Bolia), a Leicht designer Kitchen and top of the line Bosch appliances including steam oven and induction cooktop.

There is a balcony with Weber barbecue, a small sofa and a table with chairs. The rent includes utilities and Internet (250 mbps).

The location is quiet and yet very accessible with multiple train lines within walking distance and a bus stop at the corner. Groceries and shops are also right at the doorstep. Kurfürstendamm is a major shopping boulevard with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. There are many parks close by including Grunewald, the city forest.

We spent a lot of love (and time) on this place and are looking for someone who appreciates the details and takes good care! No smoking and no pets, please.

We are flexible on removing some furniture if needed.
