I'm subletting my fully furnished 50sqm apartment in Berlin Neukölln while I'm abroad. It includes a separate bedroom with a comfortable platform bed and lots of closet space for your things, a large living room with dining area, a small but fully equipped kitchen with a washer (no dryer or dishwasher) and a tiny bathroom with a shower - all in all perfect for one person or a couple who wants to explore the buzzing neighborhood.

It is located very central, 3min walk to U8 Boddinstr and 6min walk to U7 Rathaus Neukölln, lots of great bars, restaurants, cafés and a delicious bakery around (happy to give a list of recommendations). Several supermarkets nearby as well as the Tempelhofer Feld for a nice walk when it's sunny once in a while. The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) and very quiet.

Looking for a tidy and responsible person who wants to stay in the period between Feb 8th until March 6th. Shorter would be possible as well, two weeks minimum. The rent would be prorated then. I would appreciate it if you could take care of my plants (they're very low maintenance and only need a little water once a week). WiFi and all other utilities are included.

The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and I would like to return to a cleaned apartment as well or we can discuss a cleaning fee in advance and I will then arrange for a professional cleaning.
