I have a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with one of the rooms available until the end of may! The room is furnished with a bed, vanity/desk, small dresser. Lots of storage, and plenty of shelves space and space beneath the bed. Also a closet. It’s on north 7th street, and Bedford. It’s on the street level, so it can be loud on the weekends. Ear plugs or noise machine help with the busy neighborhood and the L train running below! The

The living room and kitchen are common areas, relatively basic. We cook often and tend to keep it very clean. Along with the bathroom. Any interviews would be able to get a better look at the space.

Who lives there? Male and female in their 40s. Both single.
Professionals. One works in film and tv the other is a medical esthetician.

Notes: anything you see in the room that seems to be in the storage areas will be removed before you move in. Also- interviews are a must!

Jill- works and travels often. She works as a medical esthetician and has lived in the neighborhood for 18yrs. She knows the places and the people, goes to concerts often and does beautiful things. She works a lot when she is home so she tends to keep to herself in her bedroom to relax.

We are 420 friendly people but no smoking in the house. We have a water delivery system for drinking water if that interests you. We have space in fridge, cabinets, shared area.
