I’m subletting my room for all of May and June in a two-bedroom apartment between Msgr. McGorlick Park and the Under the ‘K’ Bridge Park in Greenpoint. I have one roommate who’s an elementary school teacher and he holds normal hours. The room costs $1,300 a month, which includes utilities. The room is big and gets sun all day. It’s quiet and especially perfect for someone with a car (because our block does not have enforced street cleaning). It has new appliances and roof access (with amazing views of the Manhattan skyline). The room will come furnished but without all of my other stuff like clothes and knick-knacks.
I’m Owen. I’m 25 years old. I’m an editor at an internet publication. I’ve been living at the spot for 4 years now. My roommate is an elementary school teacher. He holds regular hours which means he goes to bed early and is up early. He’s 27. There are no major quirks in his living habits.
I’m looking for someone respectful, tidy and communicative to match his presence.
