Hello! I live in a five-bed, five-bath apartment, and I'm looking for someone to sublease my room. This is a sublease with flexible start/end dates. Preference will be given to someone staying longer term.

$1700/month. Prorated to $425/week. All utilities are included in the price.

I have lived in the apartment for years and it is a great place to live in a great area of Brooklyn. If you are the eventual subleaser, I hope that you will enjoy the space as well!
