This apartment is wonderful. It is very spacious with a home office, additional storage room, small porch area, and a large washer dryer. There are stairs to access the front door.

The room is in the back of the apartment and overlooks the landlord's garden. It is quiet and gets great sunlight. Plus awesome shades for sleeping.

It is a shared space with a great roommate who works from home and has a dog. The office space is available for use with a monitor. The roommate is lowkey and likes to cook together if you are interested in sharing groceries. It's a wonderful space to come home to with a great living room, comfy couch, and projector for watching tv/movies.

Great transportation nearby. 10 minute walk to the 2/3/4/5 at Franklin Avenue. 15 minute walk to the A/C at Nostrand (Bedford entrance). The B44 runs down the block as well as the B49.
