First floor, hardwood floors, high ceilings, marble countertops, dishwasher, kitchen, heat/central AC, on-site laundry, gym etc. This is the sanctuary of two chill, creative queer early 30s ladies who have made a clean, cozy nest to decompress from the city – it's the rare tasteful living space with no street noise.

The unfurnished bedroom has one large window, nestled right off the kitchen next to the entrance (no bedrooms share walls). A double-sized 9 x 12" room with a desk/office chair (BYO-Bed)), closet, with shared access to bathroom(s), kitchen, living rooms (one upstairs & one downstairs), gym, and laundry.

There are entrances on both floor of the duplex. The flat is a 10-minute walk from the Kingston-Throop C or Kingston 2/3/4/5, and 15 minutes from Utica A/C.

Start date is flexible - May 1 or 15.
