I’m looking for someone to sublet the second bedroom in my newly renovated apartment from March 2nd to the end of the lease - August 31st (flexible start and end dates). You will be living with me and three friendly and adorable cats.

The available bedroom includes:
* Full-sized bed (with pillows & sheets)
* Large closet
* Side table (not pictured)
* Desk
* Own bathroom with full bath (separate from room)

The apartment features:
* Large sofa and dining table
* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
* Central A/C and heating
* In-unit washer/dryer
* Shared coat closet

Rent is $1900/month, with utilities included. There’s also an option for additional storage in the basement for a small fee.

Location:
 The apartment is in Crown Heights, about a 5-minute walk to Franklin Ave (2/3/4/5 trains) and a 15-minute walk to Brooklyn Museum & Prospect Park. The area is very quiet and peaceful, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby.

I’m a 28-year-old mental health counselor who has lived in this apartment for almost three years. I have a hybrid work schedule: I go into the office several times a week as well as meet with clients remotely when I work from home. I greatly value and maintain a peaceful and quiet routine / space. I occasionally have a friend over for dinner or a movie, but I typically keep my social activities outside the apartment.
I’m looking for someone who will enjoy this space as much as I do and also values a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Ideally, you are in your 20s or 30s, kind, quiet, respectful, and tidy in shared spaces. I prefer someone with a similar work/life schedule as me — someone who does not work from home everyday, enjoys socializing outside the home, and rarely comes home at very late hours on week nights.
