This apartment is surrounded by Bed-Stuy's charming brownstones and quiet, tree lined streets while also only a short walk to multiple subway lines. It's also a stone's throw from great restaurants on Bedford Ave, Nostrand Ave, and Tompkins Ave.

The apartment is a first-floor unit with laundry downstairs, a private backyard, and rooftop access. The open bedroom can fit up to a queen mattress (pictured with a full), and has a deep walk-in closet. The unit has central air heating and cooling.

It's a great apartment in a great location; I've loved living here - I'm now moving to be a little closer to friends and family.

Hi, my name is Jack, I’m a 27-year-old guy working in finance, usually up by 5 a.m. and in the office every weekday. I like hosting friends for dinner / parties, but I keep things clean, low-key on weeknights, and smoke-free. When I’m not working, I’m usually at foreign policy events, painting, or learning Spanish (I also speak German).
