Hi, I’m Arlette!
This apartment has been my home since 2020 and holds a very special place in my heart. I’ve since moved in with my boyfriend and I’m no longer living here full-time, so I’ve decided to sublet my beautiful room instead of letting it sit empty.

I’m originally from Milan and moved to NYC 15 years ago. I run a dog grooming business with locations in Manhattan and Williamsburg—our third shop is just a few blocks away! Fun fact: the idea for the entire business actually started right here in this apartment.

While I’m no longer one of the roommates, I still care deeply about the space and want to share it with someone who will treat it like home—someone who values a peaceful, respectful, and cozy environment.
