This is a 3 bed /1 Bath shared apartment in the heart of Flatbush/Little Caribbean.

Near Nostrand Ave & Linden Blvd
• Off the Church Ave stop on the 2/5 trains - a 1-minute walk from the apt. and approx. 30 min train ride to Midtown Manhattan

• Utilities: Gas, electricity, and WiFi approx additional $95 month each depending on season.

• Apartment: 2-flight walk-up, common areas fully furnished with an in-unit washer & dryer, shared bathroom, baseboard heating, and A/C in the common area. All rooms have separation between them.

• Kitchen: Ample amount of storage. You’ll have your own cabinets & drawers for your stuff. Food, utensils, dishware etc. are not shared.

• The apartment is not street-facing. The building and neighbors are generally quiet, friendly, and helpful, never had any issues here.

About This Lister

You’ll be living with two other women.

I’m Kay, 35, black of Caribbean heritage from Miami, easygoing chef and small business owner of a catering company.

I’ve called this apartment home for the past 8 years and love keeping it a peaceful, clean, and welcoming space. I work from home part-time, and while I enjoy good music, wine downs, and zen vibes, I’m definitely a “shoes off at the door” type and like to keep things neat.
My home is my haven, so I’m not one to bring the party back home—NYC has plenty of spots for that! I mostly keep to myself but love exploring the city whenever I get the chance.

Bridget, 30, the other roommate, is from NH and Atlanta. She will be renting the 2nd room in the apt, moving in on May 1st. She works in PR and a model. Enjoys peaceful environments.
