I'm a 27 year old male and work remotely in technology five days a week. Outside of work I'm usually out and about exploring the city, checking out the local food and bar scene, watching movies, and am also training to run the New York City marathon this fall.
I don't mind having people over on occasion, but do value my quiet time and like to keep my own spaces as well as communal areas such as the kitchen and bathroom clean.
I've been living in this unit since March and love the location, but my current roommate is getting married and opting to move out and terminate his portion of the lease early, so am hoping to find a new roommate to join on the remainder of the lease.
I'm looking to find someone with a similar background & interests, but ultimately am looking for another roommate who is responsible, friendly, communicative, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I'm happy to be adaptable towards those who like to be more social and extroverted, as well as those who prefer to keep more to themselves. All genders and orientations are welcome.
