Looking to fill two rooms in a large 1800 sqft space in Williamsburg. (2300 for one room and 2100 for the other) 1 block from Havemeyer. 4th floor walk up in a 4 unit building, with a public and private rooftop space.

Washer/ dryer + dishwasher, Sub-zero fridge :)
Already put in my couch, coffee table, and a few plants, but theres a ton of space for more decorative expression.

Kitchen has lots of counter space, especially after adding a large 5 foot stainless kitchen island.

Unit has a single bathroom, but is quite large and has two sinks.

Looking For:
Someone with similar taste/ living style. Looking for a compatible roommate and someone I could cook + eat dinners with. Some one to build a good community in town and have friends over on occasion.

In terms of my schedule, I wake up pretty early to hit the gym, am back around 8-9 to make breakfast. I wfh most of the days, and will occasionally go into the office (once every two weeks).

The kitchen is really nice and usually cook most meals.
