I'm looking to sublet my large bedroom, office, and private bathroom for Feb through April while I'm away working from LA. You'll have your own wing of the apartment, and my room comes with a dresser, full sized bed, side table, mirrors, and a spacious closet. I'll make sure to clear everything out but I'm happy to leave behind anything you might need like linens, towels, etc. I prefer to sublet to someone for the entire period, but open to discussing further.

This apartment is super dreamy and situated on the third floor on top a laundromat! A New York miracle! You don't even need to go outside to do your laundry.

We're about 5 minutes from the J, surrounded by cute coffee shops, grocery stores, and have plenty of street parking. Saratoga Park is nearby as well. I work remotely and this apartment has been perfect to fit all my needs, so this is great for anyone moving to New York who needs a room to work out of. My office has a desk, chair, and I'm happy to keep my printer out for you. As this apartment is technically a 3bed/2 bath, you also have your own private bathroom.

My roommate is a hairdresser, late 20s, who is out most of the day. We have a very relaxed household and keep it super clean. Since there isn't a dining area, we tend to just hang out on the couch and watch TV/movies. My roommate does have a big orange cat so flagging that for anyone with allergies. He's a great sidekick when you're working at home. Both of us are veg so we'd prefer someone who is as well but aren't picky.
