I am subletting my room/private workspace in South Williamsburg, from Jan 31- April 30. You will have a bedroom separate from but right next your own workspace you can use for remote work, creative projects or art. I am artist and use it for all of these. Sharing with 1 quiet, communicative and clean housemate. The street is so quiet and even has a sweet little courtyard out the kitchen and bathroom windows where birds like to come hang and sing. $1750/ Month + utilities. For this location, it is pretty unheard of!

-10 min walk to Marcy Ave JMZ, 15 min walk Bedford Ave L train
-4 min walk to Domino Park!
-3 min walk to Laundromat

Ideally I would love to have 1 person for the whole 3 months but possibly flexible.

Hi! I am Ely and I am 28, she/her pronouns. I have been living here for 1 1/2 years and am on my second lease at this property. I renewed in August 2024 because you just cannot beat the price for the location and having a workspace separate from your bedroom. I am an interior designer and an artist, and will be going away for 3 months to an artist residency in Germany. While I am away, you will be living with my amazing roommate (27 she/her). She is very clean and tidy! And loves to deep clean often. She is not overbearing about it, and always communicates with clarity and kindness. She is a student and then works weekend hospitality shifts in the neighborhood. So she is very quiet and is never bringing the party home with her. She is very creative and open-minded and truly is a stand up gal of a human.

Ideally, the subletter will also be clean, communicative and mindful of sound. I would love to have another creative in my space but open to all!
