Are you (one person or a couple) looking for a temporary spot in Highland Park? Need somewhere to stay for just a couple months in LA?

This listing is for a bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a beautiful, recently built 2 bed 2.5 bath, two story apartment in Highland Park, just off York and not far from Figueroa. It’s a ½ mile walk from the Metro gold line. The unit is set back off the street, behind an old house.

The apartment is totally new as of several years ago, and is pretty loaded – it has in-unit washer/dryer, central A/C, a dishwasher, a guest bathroom, fiber internet, and your own off-street covered parking spot. Also two balconies. There’s a locking storage space in the carport where you can store a bike if desired.

Your room has its own ensuite bathroom and large closet, and has its Own! Private! Balcony! right off the bedroom. Pretty sweet feature. The bedrooms are both upstairs, and the kitchen/living room/guest bathroom are downstairs.

Note: Some of the furniture pictured in the common area is my former roommate's and is no longer there.

Ongoing costs:
– Half of utility bills. This means water, electricity, gas, internet.
