Welcome to my gorgeous Bed Stuy oasis, a very comfortable and calming place to come home after a day doing your thing in the city. Located near the corner of Macon and Patchen, just a short walk to Strathcona park, the apartment can be set up as one bedroom with an office (as seen) or with a second double mattress which can be comfortably set up in the office/studio to make it a second bedroom (see last photo).

The space is available from Dec 29th- Jan 5th, shorter stays are not preferred but possible. The apartment is on the parlour floor of a brownstone building with coded entry, central heat/air conditioning, and a lovely patio with a gas grill.

The kitchen is state of the art, with anything you need to cook a delicious meal. I have a great Rancilio espresso machine, but also can leave a Nespresso machine if you’d rather have a simpler process. There’s also a Vitamix blender, a dishwasher, and a great stove.

The living area has a projector with an AppleTV and screen for watching your favorite movies. Tons of books and records are all about!

The office has a good-sized desk, and a bunch of musical instruments if that is your thing. And as mentioned I can also set up a second bed in that room should you need it.

Oh! The apartment has laundry and a dryer too! High-speed internet throughout! Great, respectful neighbors in one of Brooklyn’s finest neighborhoods. Parks, coffee shops, groceries, bars, and other dreamy places to be all abound!
Stays of all lengths come with an added cleaner fee of $200.
