*For short-term subleases of less than a month, the rate is $65 per day.

This rental includes a 200 sq. ft. furnished bedroom complemented by a private 180 sq. ft. terrace, located within a unique 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom attic apartment in a three-floor walk-up building. The rent covers all utilities (water, electricity, and internet), and you will have access to amenities including a dishwasher, microwave, oven in the apartment, and shared washer/dryer located in the basement.

The bedroom is equipped with essential furnishings such as a mattress, table, chair, clothing rack, rug, and bedside lamp. Please consider bringing more rugs for additional soundproofing, as the building is old, which might be a concern if you are a light sleeper or have sleep issues. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant.

Please be mindful that I have a 3-year-old cat who is somewhat timid and not very social. He resides in the living room and is friendly, though shy. Due to his presence and the building's structure, no other pets are allowed.

We are looking for a single occupant who is quiet, respectful, and clean, and who abstains from smoking, drug use, and hosting parties. This is a single occupancy arrangement, and no additional overnight guests are allowed.
