The Center for Better Relating Inc believes that better relating is possible. At a time when technology has left us isolated and atomized, we seek to be the antidote.
Our flagship offering, ‘The feels’, is an IRL singles event that seeks to create an immersive environment for ppl to connect in depth.
At present, we have installments in NYC, LA, SF + DC, with MIA coming in Feb ‘25.
At an inflection point, ‘the feels’ seeks to substantially grow the number of events, and the number of people reached, in the coming months and years.
To that end, we’re seeking to hire a Brand + Partnerships Manager, who will work closely with the Founder, Allie, to guide the future direction of the company, further establish its voice, and ensure we’re best serving the community.
Duties
Strategy + infrastructure
Work closely with the Founder to strategize, implement and manage a dynamic brand and promotional partnership program;
Design and implement a social media strategy that serves to brings “The Feels” to new audiences while maximizing ROI;
Work closely with specialists to strategize and optimize for growth and performance across key sales channels.
Participate in the strategizing and manage the implementation of creative initiatives designed to bring the ‘feels’ offering to new audiences.
Social Media - organic
Ideate on visual assets on social media and beyond;
Ensure production is in line with promotional calendars for each event;
Manage/maintain ‘feels’ voice on social;
Manage ‘feels’ content calendar;
Engage in community management - comments section, DM’ing values aligned accounts, responding to DMs in our inbox quickly;
Gather available data + analytics on what’s working + adjust production accordingly.
Social Media - paid
Ensure the paid specialist has all creative assets that are needed;
Work closely with Graphic Designers to coordinate + manage asset production + delivery;
Gather paid spend data + analytics on an ongoing basis;
Report out on ads progress, and utilize data to inform projected spends;
Ideate and innovate on new ad creative alongside paid spend specialist + CBR team;
Draft + test ad copy;
If + when needed, be able to go into the Business Manager and make adjustments.
Brand + Comms Management
On a monthly basis, create a series of brand-aligned creative assets to promote the slate of events;
Manage the production + delivery of eBlasts when relevant;
Manage ongoing audit and management of email communications to past guests;
Manage and maintain the backend of key communications channels like Mailchimp;
Manage the delivery of key creative assets;
Ensure files (photos, graphics, video) are easily accessible to all team members + properly organized.
Promo Partnership Program Management
Research + outreach to values-aligned influencers;
Manage influencer relationships from start to finish;
Participate in weekly calls and reporting processes to manage and track program progress.
Brand Sponsor Program Management
Participate in a workflow that includes Founder + Admin Manager to identify new potential brand partners;
Conduct initial outreach;
Manage follow up;
Once locked, manage sponsorship from start to finish;
Manage wrap report production + delivery;
Participate in weekly calls and reporting processes to manage and track program progress.

3 or more years’ experience in a relevant field (social media management, partnership management, brand management);
15-20 hours a week of availability, or more;
Ability to respond very quickly to requests;
Demonstrated ability to manage social media accounts;
Experience with Meta’s Business + Ads Management platform(s);
A clear voice and point of view on next steps for ‘the feels’;
A demonstrated ability to manage a brand’s voice;
Demonstrated ability to maintain key project management systems (Asana, Notion);
Exemplary communication skills;
2-3 references who can speak to results + expertise;
An interest in better relating / spirituality / dating.
