Looking for someone to sublet my bright, airy 1-bedroom apartment in Mount Washington/Cypress Park during April & May. I can be flexible with the dates.

The apartment has lots of natural light and is surrounded by trees. We are on a hill so there is always a breeze through the windows. The apartment has a balcony, a shared backyard, central ac, laundry in unit, dishwasher, and a parking spot. It also has its own entrance, so it feels very much like a little house.

The place is on a quiet street and is walking distance to Loquat Coffee, Shins, and Barra Santos.
