Hi! We have a primary bedroom in our 3 bed/1.5 bath apartment. This will be available for sublet starting December 15th with the option to sign onto the lease June 1st. I will take all the furniture with me in the room but I can sell the dresser if you'd like to keep it. There's also a generous amount of closet space!

Rent is $1790/month + security deposit + utilities. We have a dishwasher, free laundry in building, free storage. There's also have a small balcony! The building is a 3rd floor walk-up. It has lots of charm, exposed brick, and sunshine throughout - a very homey feel and I'm sad to have to leave after 3 years!

You'd be living with my 2 roommates who are in their mid to late 20s, Lily and Anusha. They’re tidy, super friendly and easy going, we like to hang out from time to time and watch TV/movies together but are also respectful of each other's space. We allow guests, of course, and are happy to host anyone who is visiting but we don't really bring the party home. We're looking for another female who shares a similar lifestyle

This block is on a lovely tree-lined street, you walk to the corner and you're facing Atlantic Terminal so you have access to 13 subway lines! There's a Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, and lots more around in any direction. Walkable to Prospect Park, Ft. Greene Park, and Brooklyn Bridge Park.
