Hi! My current roommate is leaving our 2-Bed/ 2 Bath Brownstone Apartment in Clinton Hill. The room is available starting Jan 1st. I have a very sweet Pitbull named Pepe, so a dog lover is necessary.

The room is unfurnished. Electric, Gas, and Wi-Fi are not included in the rent.

- Apartment includes In Unit W/D, Central AC / Heat, 1 Shared Storage Space, and Dishwasher
- The room itself has a private en-suite bathroom and nice natural lighting.
- Close to many grocery stores and bodegas, restaurants, bars, and 20-25 min walk from Prospect Park, The Brooklyn Museum, and Central Library.
