We're subletting our bright and beautiful 2-bedroom apartment on the border of Williamsburg and E. Williamsburg. Our date range is between January 1st and February 28th. It is a fully furnished apartment, with all utilities included and a professional cleaning every two weeks. You also have access to a rooftop and a patio building. We’re happy to schedule an in-person or remote viewing. We are somewhat flexible in negotiating dates. If you are interested, please let us know a little about you and the reason for the sublet.
SPACE
A fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Internet, gas, and electricity are all included in the monthly rent. It has oversized windows in the two bedrooms and living room, so tons of light is guaranteed. The living room and bedrooms are both equipped with AC and heating units. You’re welcome to connect your streaming services on the Smart TV.
The bedroom features a Queen bed, blackout roller shades, and a Dyson air purifier and humidifier for a comfortable night’s sleep. The second bedroom works as a home office, with a large desk and two comfy chairs.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, blender, etc. The unit has its own washer and dryer machines for your commodity.
THE BUILDING
The apartment is on the 4th floor of a modern, elevator-equipped six-story building on a super-friendly block. The building includes a package room, security system, and monitored smoke/CO alarm. You’ll also have access to a shared rooftop with great views from Brooklyn and Manhattan and a patio on the 3rd floor.
THE LOCATION
Amazing location, near some of the best of Williamsburg's eats, drinks, and transportation. Montrose [L], and Lorimer [JM] Broadway [G] are the closest subway stations, The B60 bus stops in front of the building, and there are plenty of bus lines available around too.
Lots of grocery shops, pharmacies, and coffee shops. The closest supermarket is 3 mins away. Great restaurants and coffees around the area: Lulla's, Casa Ora, Win Son, Katabaru, Good Thanks, Kijitora, Edith’s Sandwich Counter, Campbell's and Co, and Lella Alimentari. McCarren and Cooper Park are also within walking distance.
Easy and fast access to Manhattan.
- 15 minutes by L train to Union Square.
- 20 minutes by M train to Broadway Lafayette (Soho).

We are looking for someone who:

- Takes care of the space and furnishing.
We are a couple of creatives, living in New York for the past 8 years. We’re in our 30s, very clean, organized, and non-smoking. We are the tenants of this apartment, and we would love to have someone who would treat our place with the same care as they would treat their own while we are out. We've put a lot of effort into keeping the apartment clean and well-maintained. We don't want to make a profit, we only want to cover our home expenses while out of town.
