This 2 bedroom home is a very tranquil place, surrounded by nature while also within a few minutes walking distance to transport links that will take you into central London in 20 mins. It's a modern and minimal apartment that was very thoughtfully designed to be practical, peaceful and comfortable (with lots of space-maximising storage and top of the line Miele appliances, including dishwasher and washing machine).

Neighbourhood:
You'll be staying in Walthamstow – recently voted “London’s coolest neighbourhood” by Time Out, it’s one of the city’s most vibrant places to live: full of creative residents, craft breweries and great restaurants.

Home to the longest outdoor street market in Europe, Walthamstow Market is a maze of stalls, offering everything from exotic international herbs and spices to thrift finds. It’s also home to Europe’s largest urban wetlands (Walthamstow Wetlands) and an abundance of other green spaces, making it a peaceful retreat from the city.

We have impeccable transport links in Walthamstow, ensuring you’re always well-connected to central London (Oxford Circus is 20 mins away by the Victoria underground line). It is also close to other exciting East London neighbourhoods like Hackney (7 minutes away on overground), Dalston, Shoreditch and Bethnal Green.

Although I'm ideally looking for someone to take the apartment for the full month, I'm open to shorter sublets as well so feel free to reach out with your dates :)
