We are subletting our plant filled, stylish, and kid friendly 1000 square foot 2BR / 2BA duplex in northeast London.

If you’re not familiar with the lovely area, Debeauvoir Town (N1 postcode, Zone 2) sits along the beautiful Regent’s Canal, and is walkable to Angel to the west, London Fields to the East, Shoreditch and Hoxton to the south and Stoke Newington to the north. There are dozens of bakeries (Dusty Knuckle, Debeauvoir Deli) restaurants (Goodbye Horses, The Baring, Towpath Cafe), pubs (Scolt Head, Talbot) parks (Haggerston, Clissold, London Fields) and also abundant transport links via two Overground stations and 5 key bus lines at your doorstep.

You’ll have the run of the place in a modern converted school building of friendly 30s / 40s creatives and professionals. Two desk workspaces in the flat itself. Fully loaded kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, built in appliances, giant projector screen, off street parking, what else? Everything. Kid and baby items available if you need them.
