Rental requirements

Lease Agreement: A formal sublease agreement must be signed before moving in. The agreement will outline the terms of the sublease, including the rental amount and duration of the lease.

Security Deposit: A security deposit equivalent $500 is required at the time of signing the lease. This will be refunded at the end of the sublease, provided the apartment is returned in the same condition.
